Dears,

do i need licenses for the IP phones when i order UC500? i meant the licenses for the CME, is the number of users as an example 24 users will include the licenses of the IP phones.

Yes uc 540 comes in the basic 8 user Sku, and you buy incremental 8 license skus so get 8,16,24,32 (4 possibilities) # uc 560 starts at 16 and goes all the way to 104. # uc520 comes in the sku you want (includes licenses),    8,16,24,32,48, and then a special sku to extend to 64.
