i have UC520-32U-8FXO-K9 currently netwrok in our commpany with 521S IP phones , i have small problem with IPT system

ifany outside person call us in our FXO PSTN lines and the reciption wants to amswer the call it is disconnected suddenly before he can hear the caller

could you please advice what is the reason for this problem?
