packet size of 1558 bytes too big

We are a ISP . In our PE cisco router , we received logs :

.Jun 8 17:40:14:%LINK-4-TOOBIG: Interface FastEthernet1/1/0,Output packet size of 1558 bytes too big

I have refered to cisco teach support . Find a message like it :

Error Message

%LINK-4_TOOBIG : Interface [chars], output packet size of [dec]bytes too big

Explanation An internal software error has occurred

Recommended Action Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representaive, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

The question is What internal software refer to ? If it means the cisco ios has error or the soft of client has error ?

are you using MPLS in your environment?

this can be also the result of the attempt of switching a packet in MPLS
