There is some problem with this firmware on the router that blocks all VPN connection regardless of all the settings that Cisco / Linksys has recommended. Linksys used to be a very dependable router and I bought the new one after retiring an old linksys.

Lot of forums state a problem with a router. Here is exactly what happens. Hook up a computer directly to cable modem, VPN connects and works. Hook up a computer with WRT54G2 in between VPN does not work.

I am surprised why Cisco has not provided a fix for this yet?
