Call Forward All - Don't hear anything

Hello,

We run CME 8.0 with Cisco 7965G IP Phones and are directly connected to a SIP trunk. When we set the CFwdAll on a local extension to an external number (e.g. mobile phone), and an external user calls the local extension, the CME forwards this call correctly.

Now the problem: If the phone to which the call is forwarded accept the call, both sides don't hear anything, it is completely silent at both sides.

I currently don't have any clue how to solve this problem. Maybe a helpful information: We had to configure the no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily  and no supplementary-service sip refer commands that the call can be forwarded at all, without these commands we always get a busy tone.
