Line appearances on a web based application

I am an end-user charged with monitoring our new voip system.  We have Unified CM version 7.1.  Is there a way for us to have a screen that shows the line appearances for monitoring by a small group?  I.e. we want to have a monitor up on the wall that shows which users are on the phone, which calls are on hold, which calls are parked, etc.  We are not using queuing

CUCM does not provide any of this natively, we do not have a webpage on which we display information about all the phones status or call park.

You might want to go to the Unified Reporting page of your CUCM to see what we natively offer.
