We decommissioned 2 two subscribers from a cluster. CM 4.1.(3) SR6.  In the RTMT summary screen, within the status bar the folowing error is received"

Reply contains warning, [ReturnCode]=11, [Warning]=Remote RISDC is down or unreachable: <decommed server 1 IP addr> <decommed server 2 IP addr>.


Opened a tac case, and the suggestin is to try rebooting the publsher.  I don't like doing things jsut to try and see what happens.  Does anyone know of a way RTMT can be told not to expect data from the decommisioned servers?


These servers were deleted from Call Manager viad web interfaces, and removeserverfromdb batch file was run on the publisher.

Hi there,


I'd be tempted to try uninstalling RTMT as a first step and ensure

that you choose to delete the cache. Then reinstall fresh.
