Hello,
Currently one of our remote offices class of service restriction only allows long distance. International is blocked. It's been requested by the business to remove the restriction to allow all service...local, toll, LD and Intnl.
I do not know where on the router the code is set to add/remove restriction.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi Ross,
These restrictions would be set via COR.
Have you looked at this good doc;
Configuring Class of Restrictions (COR)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk90/technologies_configuration_example09186a008019d649.shtml
Hope this helps!

I will check this, thank you Rob for reply! Oh and btw....if you are an enforcer fan in hockey, Brian has informed the Flames have not asked him back for 2010-2011....BOOOOOOO!

Ok, I was looking in the right place then. We're set up properly. Turned out this was the LEC in this instance. They had all numbers in the block going out on the main number. Which was configured for local calling only.
Thanks again for your assistance

Hey Ross,
Thanks for posting back with your results my friend (+5)
The Flames......I don't know what to say about my beloved team
Brian McGrattan was one of the few players who seemed to really care and always gave
100% so it seems about right that he won't be back! I'm guessing we should be making
a Cup run in about 2017 hahahahaha........sigh!
Cheers!
