Call Manager 5.X , insufficient Hard Disk Space

Hello everyone !

i just want to make a question, maybe silly for a lot of you.

I received an alarm from the CUOM, saying that there is not sufficient hard disk space to my systems.

The CM version is 5.X., how can i find the un-needed files and delete them ?

Which partition is reported as being full?

As the system is a locked-down appliance it can be difficult to clear out files unless they are log files. I recall there were several bugs on CCM 5 which resulted in the system running low on disk space; it would probably be wise to open a TAC case.

TAC will be able to advise what to do to fix the system - they can get root access to the server and deleted problem files, and will be able to advise whether you need to upgrade to prevent the problem recurring.
