Record Now - "No Archive available for ..."

Hi guys,

I have a problem with the record now option when using a Axis 207 IP camera. when I press the record now button the archive is successfully started but when I try to view it, it says ex: "No Archive available for a_p_AXIS_etc..". Also the archive is listed in the Viewable Archive section and on the VSMC.
I'm using a VSMS/VSOM 6.2.1/4.2.1 and Axis 207 firmware 4.22 (tried also 4.40).

Has anyone experienced similar problems?

Are you able to view the feed from that camera in the Ops page?

Do you click on the Record Now button as you are viewing the live feed?

For your release, a 5-min clip will be created with Record Now and shelved after recording is complete and so that's why it shows up in the Viewable Archives section in the VSOM archives page

exactly. press RecordNow button on Ops page, the archive is created but when I try to view it, that message comes.

Please SSH to the shell and run:

shell# /usr/BWhttpd/bin/listar -p | grep

What is the result?

Hi,

- here is the output:

shell# /usr/BWhttpd/bin/listar -p | grep a_p_LAB_AXIS_207
ID: a_p_LAB_AXIS_207_-_a_Record_Now_LAB_AXIS_207_

- in ims.log there is also:

[ httpd(12587) GL_SETUP=1 <494> ] open('/usr/BWhttpd/conf/proxy/10.a_p_LAB_AXIS_207_-_a_Record_Now_LAB_AXIS_207_.xml'): No such file or directory

i updated to 6.3 but nothing has changed.
