ATA 186 with non-Cisco Switches

Dear Experts,

I have Cisco ATA 186 was connected to Cisco Switches and was working fine getting IP from DHCP from the CUCM 6 but I just migrated to Juniper Switches and ATA doesn't get IP through the new Switches.

I assigned the IP Address manually through IVR but I think I have to set the new VLAN also but I do not know How I do because it doesnot work via the new switches

Any help?

Did you configure the ATA's initially? I would assume that they would work with any switch. However, perhaps them were setup on a particular VLAN and are expecting to receive an IP address on a dot1q tagged vlan.
