Hunt Pilot using VG224 analog lines

MICHAEL CICCONE

I'm trying to setup a hunt pilot using serveral analog lines from my vg224.  When I use these DN numbers assoicated with the VG

224 I get a busy signal.  if I use any other DN number, such as an IP phone the Hunt pilot works correctly.  Since it works correctly with

the IP Phone DN number, I'm guessing I have the hunt pilot configured correctly.  Is there any reason why it won't work with DN numbers assoicated with a VG224 device?  I'm using Call Manager 6.1.4.2000-5.  VG224 IOS is 12.4(24)T3

Thanks

Mike C.

Hi Mike,

The VG224 ports are "logged out" of Hunt Groups by default.

If you put a tick in the "Logged into Hunt Group" box at the Device Level on the VG224 that should fix it."

Hope this helps!
