Just installed ACS 126.96.36.199. Monitoring and reports database was working, but now is not. When trying to open, I get "Monitoring and reports database currently unavailable. Trying reconnect in 5 minutes." From CLI "sho application status acs" gives me the following:
ACS role: PRIMARY
Process 'database' running
Process 'management' running
Process 'runtime' running
Process 'adclient' running
Process 'view-database' running
Process 'view-collector' running
Process 'view-jobmanager' running
Process 'view-alertmanager' running
Also, logs show nothing unusual.
Reload of appliance does not help.
Any other way to check why this appears to be unavailable?
