Installing Cisco Secure ACS Solution Engine 4.1

Hi Firends

I'm installing a Cisco Secure ACS Solution Engine 4.1, but when I connect to the console port the following message appears:

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

What I can do?I hope your help..
