CallConnector - Licensing/Activation Issues

When running the Activation Utility, we cant activate the license due to the error;

Cannot locate any working network interface or this serial number has already been activated on another machine

The SBS 2008 server is connected to the internet and connectivity is not a issue. CallConnector is version and this is the first time we have attempted to install the license anywhere.

I have this problem too.
