Hi,

These days I'm provisioning 100 spa922 and 100 spa942.The provision run ok but now I have a problem with dictionaries because 75% of phones don't change the language.

I put a syslog server and the phones show this errors:

I  tested with several versions of the dictionary but don't work.

The xml is tested in other phones and run ok, but i attach the configuratión:

This is the Dictionary server conf in spa942.cfg:

<Dictionary_Server_Script ua="na">  serv=tftp://10.1.1.1/;d0=English;x0=enS_v101.xml;d1=Spanish;x1=esS_v101.xml </Dictionary_Server_Script>
<Language_Selection ua="na"> Spanish
</Language_Selection>

Any solution?

Dear Sir;

Did you modify the dictionaries at all?

There are several things that may be affecting the download:

(1) Reachability of the tftp server

(2) You changed the dictionaries, this cannot be done, as this as signed, so content cannot be modified

(3) You are trying to update the dictionaries (from existing ones) but the filenames are the same. On the dictionary logic, if filename is the same, it does not trigger an update but keep the old one.

I suggest to check the above.

Regards
Alberto

1) Tftp server run ok.

2) The dictionaries is not modified.

3) Change the filenames and don't run, the syslog show this:

Dict_N> Store the "/espanol.xml" dict to flash ok, total_size: 44018 bytes written
  Dict_D> Store pDictTftp->prev_dict_enable: 1

  total_size: 107882, max expected_size: 60000
  Dict_N> error = DICT_VERIFY_REC_SIZE
  Dict_D> _DICT_verify(), err, return val [3]
  DICT_verify: 3
  Dict_N> Dict flash[1] err happened, check errcode2=3
  Dict_N> Dict load dictionary data, err happened, erase the dictionary[1]

Where can I see the information for this errors?
