Install - not long... easily done in a day or so with the right skills and experience (e.g. SQL, Windows, UCCX etc).

The difficult part the actual configuration of the product - it's not a simple thing to configure, and how difficult it is depends a lot on what the customer's UCCX is configured like and how complex their staffing arrangements are. All this stuff really needs to be driven by the customer - they need to be able to maintain and tweak the operating configuration. I would say that it really is critical that anyone who will use it needs to go on formal training or it will be difficult for you.
