Switch stops providing power on PoE ports

We have a C3560 running (C3560-IPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(53)SE2 which is the newest IOS for this model.  Yesterday our POE phone lost power and I was able to find the following bug :

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsu58581&from=summary

The recommendation is to upgrade the IOS, but the IOS we have is the latest & greatest.

Any ideas?

By the way, a reboot solved the problem, but we cannot afford to reboot this switch during business hours

Try with 12.2(44)SE6 unless you need some feature that can only be found on (53)SE2

On any case, I suggest opening a TAC case so a proper bug can be filed.
