RTMT : Not a authrozied user

Hi,

I'm using CUPS 8.0 . I'm able to login to the RTMT but when i'm select collect files , remote browse it's shown as Not an authrozied user

I used the application user  id which is created during the installation as a login id

I verified it's member of super user & more than that i created one application user and add all the roles & group to that user. but the same behaviour.
