CUCIMOC CSF outgoing call problem

I am having an issue with CUCIMOC when in computer mode (using CSF).

When I try to initiate a call through OCS (right-click, drag or keypad) I get a busy tone and the following error in the notification box.

Phone Error. The call cannot be connected. [906]

If I switch to Desk-phone mode, calls are passed through successfully.Works 100%.

I've tried recreating the CSF and relinking to the end-user. A DN is linked to the profile.

any ideas what it could be?

Yes I had CSS configured to use the International CSS. I set this to the internal one and now the calls are working!
