Got this error on win server 2003. It is a new installation of LMS 3.2. Tried to start it from CM >>Server>>admin>>processes but that did not help. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Check in the CmfDbEngine.log and also the Windows Event Viewer.
What error messages do you get there?
Also, what changes if any were made to the startup type to the Services in Control Panel?
