Loud Ringtone for 7920 with CUCM7.x

Hi

Where can I find the "Loud Ringtone" for 7920? Is it supported with CUCM 7.x?

Peter,

The instructions are different for CUCM 7.X than previous versions as the function to add files to the TFTP directory has radically changed, but the process is essentially the same.

That doc is a great guide to downloading the loud ring tone and the ringlist.xml file.

Wherever it says "Upload to the CUCM TFTP C:\Program Files\....." you will now need to go to

CCM OS Administration Web Page > Install / Upgrade > TFTP File Management and upload the files there. Then go into CCMServiceability and restart the TFTP Service under Control Center > Feature Services.

Once that's completed your new ringtones should show up on the phone interface.

thanks for your reply.

The link to download the ringtone within the document is not this good, as you will be redirected to the voice download page and then you have to search.

Maby you have a link more specific or you know exactly where to find the ringtone or maby you can send it to me?
