How can i access : /var/log/dms/EmsService.log ??

There is a Defect filed.

CSCth47747 - DMM: EmsService.log file is not provided in the GET_SYSLOG

And hopefully this will be available in a future release.

If you log in with SSH on the DMM, you can copy all the logs to a ftp oder sftp server. Choose Appliance Control -> Logging_Options -> GET_SYSLOG

Currently, the "EmsService.log" is not provided in the GET_SYSLOG

feature. In order to get this Log file you will need to access the

Digital Media Manager(DMM) via the TESTROOT User.

This requires a TAC case to obtain. I have filed an known issue

report on this issue and this should be fixed in a future release...
