Hello,
My customer would like to have a prompt for the morning hours ("Good Morning, thanks for calling xxxx......") and another for afternoon hours ("Good Afternoon, ......) in iothe words have aprompt specifically for the hours from 7 AM to 12PM and another from 12PM to 5 PM. Is this possible on a UC540.

Yes, you can. Just use a Time of Day step in the auto attendant script.
Hope this helps.

You can do this with CCA. Setup the schedule forst, and then adjust the AA to use an OPEN and CLOSED greeting and prompts (which can be the same or different, as you wish). You can also record the prompt with a phone used you authorize for AA prompt managemement, so they are nice and clean. CCA takes care of putting the files on flash and everything else.

If I do the open or closed greeting then how do I get the night aa working. The schedule is as follows
8am - 12pm - Morning Greeting
12pm to 5 pm - Evening Greeting
5pm to 8 am - Business is closed.
The propmpts are going to be different for each.

CCA has the two TABs where you select the greeting and action prompts.
But you can only have one night service, so not three schedules. Sorry.
