Forwarding Port 80 to Web Server Kills Internet Browsing

The customer is using the UC500 as their WAN gateway.  They only have 1 static IP.  When I setup port forwarding in CCA to forward port 80 to their web server, they are unable to browse the internet.

Can anyone explain why this is?

I am posting the config along with the lines of code added by CCA when I try to forward the port.  I am also included the code when it gets removed.
