"jam" has a very baaaaaad connotation. It is called "contain" and yes.  It can be done.  I'd recommend you make sure the Rogue AP is inside your premises before taking it further.  Also, check the local regulation guidelines as containing a rogue AP within the confines of your premises is punishable by law.
