Remote QM deployment

Customer has already deployed QM with UCCX in the central site and wants to expand this recording solution to a remote site. Is it possible to install a new QM server in the remote site (using the CUCM/UCCX servers in the central site) and record all voice calls locally (remote users are not agents)? If not, what option do we have?
