Verifying the number of SEAT licenses

Hi,

I need to know how many seat licenses I have for a clients CUCM.  I beleive cisco can provide this information from the link below (license lookup)however need the product ID and serial number.  Is this the right pass to go down if so any help on obtaining these remotely?

Not quite sure what you mean by "seat license".

If you meant DLU (Device License Unit), you may log into CUCM Admin > System > Licensing > License Unit Report.

You may also extract all license file from CUCM Admin > System > Licensing > License File Upload.
