User Licence Migration

We are planning to install IP-telephony solution based on UCM 8.0 and MCS7816 for about 200 users as pilot zone. In the future we are planning to replace MCS7816 by MCS7845. Are there any way to migrate existing user connect licenses tied to MCS7816 to the new platform MCS7845?

Sure; you will just have to work with licensing@cisco.com to have the licenses rehosted when the new server arrives.
