When some one tries to reach our numbers from out side they get fast busy signal. outbond calls works well. is there any thing that can be changed on unity.

How are you routing calls to Unity? You are using CUCM to for call routing (presumably) so are you routing to Unity's AA via CTI route point - what?

I can think of several things to check but it would be helpful to know first if this is a new install and it isn't working or an existing configuration that has recently broken?

Ok. So, you said outside calls to the AA number fail. How about internal calls? If you dial the AA internally, does Unity accept the call or route to the proper Call Handler or no?

Wild guess; codec between your phones and the AA?
are they changed? i,e Region settings
