LMS 3.1 Scheduled Backup Fails

Trying to schedule a backup for LMS 3.1, but keep getting the following error message "Cannot read schedule info. Please look into the log files."  I can run an immediate backup, just not a scheduled backup.  Running LMS 3.1 on Windows 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP2 with Ciscoworks installed on a D:\ partition.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Ernie

Make sure the Windows "Task Scheduler" process is running.  If it is, then there is probably some security setting or domain policy not allowing you to schedule jobs.  Casuser needs to have full administrator privileges over CSCOpx and all its subdirectories.

Thanks Joel.  The Task Scheduler Process was Disabled.  Once I enabled the process, everything worked correctly.  Cheers, Ernie
