We are running UCCX 7.0(1)SR05_Build504.
Is there a Supervisor page? Where they can get to Real Time Reporter and install Supervisor Desktop.
Can a supervisor change the CSQ an agent is in?
Thanks

Hi,
In older versions there was a page called appsupervisor. Now, when you login to AppAdmin with a supervisor's credentials, it will automatically change the options that used to be contained within appsupervisor and allow some limited functionality to the supervisor. One thing to check is the System Parameter that dictates what the supervisor can view/change. This is in AppAdmin->System->System Parameters->Supervisor Access. Play around with this setting and log the supervisor into AppAdmin and you'll see the options that a supervisor can control.

Thanks Ryan.
Changing the System Parameter, does that affect anything in production?

Hi,
No, that does not. It only changes what is viewable when you login with supervisor credentials to appadmin.
