SRW248G4P in constant boot loop.

I just purchased this SRW248G4P switch, powered it up and initially I was able to get into the console port and perform initial configurations.  I connected another switch to one of the Gigabit ports and performed my configuration changes via the web browser.  Upon reboot, it went into a constant diagnostic reboot loop below.  Any ideas on what I can do to fix this, or am I talking RMA?

Ah Chris,

I hope we are not talking about RMA, costs us both time and money.

Give the good folk at the Small Business Support center a call via the following URL.
