High CPU on CE500

high I read troubleshooting notes related to this issue and tried to apply the patch to disable IP arp inspection to correct issue - however CPU is still 99% most of the time ! sometimes it crashed to ...then it reboots and is again 99%. All config is very very basic - only 2 vlans and IP phones using smartports.

The ver is 12.2(25)SEG - the latest IOS on cisco site is the same ... ?!  any ideas ? ?

Do you have any debug commands running? This can cause high CPU usage.
