Cisco 6921 phones with CUCM 7.1(3). The customer experienced this issue:
When the incoming call ringing, the end-user can see the calling number and the caller's name. but if the end-user going to call history button for missed or received call, the phone just displayed the caller name, there is no option to display the caller's number.
Can anyone let me know what I miss or the end-user miss when using this phone?
