Hi All,

I have two devices configured in CiscoWorks long back, recently I have changed the devices names and the same I updated in device identify.

Now I am able to see the device in device center but not able to see config view, I am getting message "Selected devices are in suspended or conflicting state. This operation can not be executed for suspended or conflicting devices"

Even I am not able to see the devices in Version tree also.

Can some one tell me shat I need to do...

Regards,

Naidu.

Go to RME > Devices > Device Management, and check the list of suspended and conflicting devices.  If the devices are suspended, re-submit them for management.  If they are conflicting, go to Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management, edit their identity, and set their types to Unknown.  This will cause RME to find the proper device type, and should allow the devices to be managed again.
