I delete the UCCX GUI 7.0 end use from Call manager. Now I am not able to access the UCCX GUI with the same username and password. How i could recover this and become able to access the GUI again.
Follow the steps in this post to set 'FRESH_INSTALL' in cet.
Once done, log in as described (Administrator and ciscocisco). Basically go through, clicking 'Next' (when it asks for licenses, click next and it will use the existing ones). The final screen allows you to assign users as admins.
