AQM Recording issue

it's my first time installing AQM system. i've gone through QM installation guide step by step integrating it with UCCX 7 everything is fine and i can synch databases and see ACD users on QM admin window... i've also configured supervisors, teams, groups and acd agentson QM ... i chose the option to record all calls inbound and outbound ... my problem is when finishing a call from one of the configured acd agents i don't see the recorded file under C:\Program Files\Common Files\SQM neither under Qm directory on QM server ... please help .. what could be the issue

Your installation needs a bit of clarification.

How are you recording?

Are you using SPAN or the software client?

Have you licensed the users to be recorded in the admin tool?  Does your UCCX server have AQM licenses?
