Message Button Error message

Hi Guys,

    Recentlly i have upgraded my customers call manager from 6.1 to 7.1.3 ... Earlier everything was working fine.. Now after the upgrade when user press the message button from the phone they get this message "no services configured"...When the dial the VM pilot number then they can retrieve messages but only when the press message button it doesnt work...

Any ideas please ?

Please check if correct VM Profile is selected at phone line settings.

Check to see if you have the Voicemail service under Device -> Device Settings -> Phone Services. If not you can add it by going to the release notes for UCM v7.0 and search for "voicemail", The first hit is what you need.
