IPCC upgrade ....???

dear all

i have 2 cisco call managers ( 4.2(3)sr2) and also i have an IPCC (4.0(5)_build042) i want to upgrade my infrastructure to CUCM 7.x and CCX 7.x


what is the right procedure and tools  to do that with minimal down time and technical difficulties

Hello Amer,

The first detail that needs to be check its if you current hardware support UCCX 7, this can be check in the UCCX compatibility matrix.

Also you will need a license upgrade from UCCX 4.0(5) to 7.0(1) that can be requested to Cisco licensing team.

After that you need to follow the procedure that its under the UCCX 7, intalation guide;
