we have UCM 6.1(5), CuciMoc 8.0.1 and OCS 2007 R2. CUCIMOC queries LDAP for every new number and all calls are logged to Conversation History window. Everything is OK for numbers that are stored in LDAP but the problem is with numbers that are not in LDAP. CUCIMOS sends a search request to LDAP which sends back 0 results in searchResDone packet. The call is logged in Conversation History as Unknown (Work) without any detail of Caller ID number. Why caller number isn’t displayed in Conversation History?
Thanks!

I believe this is bug CSCth13297. Fix should be released on 7/5/2010.

Are you sure those numbers are delivered to CUCIMOC but not being shown? If yes, it sounds like a bug. Open a TAC case.

Numbers are definitely delivered to CUCIMOC. If a call is placed from Missed calls in Conversation History, correct number is dialed. Problem is that all missed calls are logged as Unknown (Work) and it is hard to know which missed call is placed. After connection is established (called party is ringing) number is shown in Active conversation window.
I cannot open a TAC case for CUCIMO (I don't have a valid service contract).
