Dial soft key is not activate.

Hello all,

I have a new problem in my site, when user try to dial by enter the extension then press dial soft key , this message appeare " That key is not active here"

Our system is CME 7.1 on 2911 ISR. What is the problem?

Hi, may be your primary DN of the phone is not working properly, can you make dial by off-hooking the phone/pressing the speakerphone button first and dial the desired number first?

It's better to analyze if you post your CME configs here.

want to dial with the previouse way, for urs information the ip

phones are 7911.

Hi Ahmed, no worries on dialing method, just have a test with the method to check the functionality only.

Hi Ahmed, please post your CME config here. Second, please have a TEST CALL with the method of off-hooking the handset or pressing speakerphone first and then dialing the desired#, and post what you have seen.
