UCCX MOH

Hello All,

I am changing the MOH file in my telephony environment ( CUCMBE 7.1.3, UCCX 7.0) and just had a quick question regarding MOH files.  Once I add the new MOH file to CM and make it available to all of the phones is there anything I need to do on the UCCX side?  Just resync maybe?  Just curious.

Any info would be great.

Hello Jeff,

At the UCCX side you don't need to perform any change as long as the agents has access to the proper MRG no changes needs to be perform.

So, since they are using the current CDC and have access to the MRG, simply changing something within that would require nothing to be done on the UCCX side?

Just want to make sure before I make this change.
