I have a switch in my Cisco CER that the CER can not see. This is the message that I get from the CER :
2010-06-06 00:16:44,464 | INFO | CER_AGGREGATOR | This device is not supported 10.172.59.18
The switch is a cisco WS-C2960-24PC-L - ISO is :c2960-lanbase-mz.122-44.SE6/c2960-lanbase-mz.122-44.
SE6.bin
The snmp is correct. It is set up just like all the rest. Can you make any sense from that message.

You might want to check compatibility for your version of CER i know the 3560v2 switch is only supported on CER 7.1.1B and later you probably need to upgrade CER

I am using a Cisco 2960 switch. Why can't I see that switch?
