Cisco 9971 - A few issues/questions

1. We cannot get a video call to start between 2 9971's.

2. Cannot change the softkey template, I have selected a different softkey in the device confuration template, no softkey template option on the 9971 device cong page.

3. iPhone support? I plug my iPhone in the USB port and it says the iPhone is disabled by teh admin, any ideas on capabilities withthe usb ports?

after a device pack install on CM 7.1(3) we have video calls working. Also discovered how to add some missing features like iDivert (Divert now) using Feature control policies and mobility and Meet-me with Feature Keys.
