Just need to change the MOH file and want to ensure that my process is correct.

1.       Media Resources -> Music On Hold Audio File Management

2.       Upload File

3.       Browse to file location

4.       MOH Audio Source -> Add new -> Add file

5.       Device -> Device Settings -> Common Device Configuration -> Find

6.       Select Current CDC Listed

7.       Copy

8.       Change name add new MOH

9.       BAT -> Phones -> Update Phones -> Query -> Search by extension -> Starts with 14 ->next

10.   Check CDC -> Change CDC to New CDC

11.   Scroll to bottom of screen

12.   Select Run Immediately

13. Save
