I'm new to cisco callmanager and I can't seem to figure what's caused the error message " Object not found User" (please see attachment) in Call Manager. When I was migrating one of our user from hard phones to softphone for some reason his unity voicemailbox got deleted.
I tried wiping out his phone from call manager, check if the user object is in unity database "run cuc dbquery unitydirdb select * from tbl_globaluser where dtmfaccessid='USER EXTENSION' - not found and replicate LDAP - no go

I opened a case with cisco but the tech can't seem to figure it out either and he wanted me to reboot my pbx server. I was looking at recreating my user on LDAP and I know that will work but I figure this forum might be able to give more idea on how to fix it.
Any help is much appreciated.
