LMS 3.1 - Aniserver Failed to run

Hello,

I get this error ANIServer Failed to run 0 -2 1073741822 N/A. I have change aniserver.properties file to this other(view attach).

How can I fix it?

You need to add the server name on your ANIServer.properties under :

AniName=ANIServer6.0

For example:

AniName=ANIServer6.0-ServerName

Please post:

1. "pdshow" output.

2. ANIServer.properties.orig along with your current ANIServer.properties.

3. Latest ani.log.

The ANIServer.properties you sent me is now missing the root path:

DEVICESROOT=.

Your other files seem good, so try adding the path here correctly again and see if that does the trick.

the same error after modify DEVICESROOT:

Cannot connect to ANI server:

Verify that ANIServer6.0-XTD-990-SRV-01 is running and restart Campus Manager

Have you restarted the daemons after changing the ANIServer.properties? I tested the last ANIServer.properties you posted and I had no problems. Also, I noticed you changed your user but we are talking about the same server, right?

Hi Joel,

it was a database corruption. We had to re-initialize the ANI database.
