transfer from hunt pilot to call handler- unity connection

hello

this is the snario :

call that transfer from call handler (unity connection) to hunt pilot(cucm) and back to call handler(unity connection) to specified vm

is not working.

i get the basic vm all the time insted of the greeting of the person i transfer to

helpppppppppp

My guess is he wants to go to the VM from one of the line group members, but since he's dialing the hunt pilot DN you're trying to reach the matching DN in unity.

You can define the DN from HP as alternate extension for subscriber or create a call routing rule to achieve the same.

An example of what you dial, what happens, and what you want to happen would clear things up
