CS-MARS & data archiving.

I'm using a free SFTP for Windows for data archiving.

Sometimes service stops running: CS-MARS reports service status not running and I need to start it again. Simply click Start.

I don't understand why service stops!?

Please make sure you are running the latest software release to avoid any bugs.

I saw similar bugs in previously releases where the services would stop themselves (or got hung).

Please also look at the back-end log for any particular errors.

You may increase the logging level from the GUI >> Admin area (for the error prone service/feature e.g. archiving ) if you don't find any meaningful logs with the deafult setting.
